Ingredients:
2lbs of chicken thighs or breasts
1 medium onion
20oz can of pineapple slices
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce

Directions:
Spray crock pot with non-stick spray and add chicken. Dice the onion and add to the top of the chicken. Add 1/4th cup of pineapple juice and the pineapple slices. Pour the bottle of BBQ sauce on top, put the lid on and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
